I was just wondering who has bought any appartments, houses, estates, shops, hangers, landarea, banks, shopping malls, islands, asteroids, etc here and would like to tell us a little about what its like and the pros and cons of having whatever it is you have?

I have had 2 appt's before. The pro is that one was on CND and it served as a great place to store stuff. Also the one on Amathera had a great view and was a cool place to have parties. On the other hand it cost a lot of money to keep going and a lot to buy one in the first place. It's cool though.

Anything else associated with those ones such as the advertising space on the meaglolopous ones or just a straight up appartment?

Hmmm sounds like just another place to dump my junk once i fill the storage terminal ... i had a look at some of the 250 PED appartments ... cant say they were really anything special that i would consider paying that much money for

I don't really see it as worth it though it was really fun to decorate them. I still have a lot of furnature so if you're gonna get an appt then I could sell you some to put in it. Also please note that sometimes people leave items in their appartments when they sell them though this is rare and the items become yours.

yeah i remember reading that somewhere allready. Ill just have to find one thats packing a full set of supremacy gear and ill be sweet

Haha I was referring to armchairs, tables, and lights and stuff like that. Nobody would just randomly sell their appt with all their stuff in it.

i gots an apartment, dont really use it for much but its got table chairs lights and so on armor lying on the floor the normal things. but to make it mine i built a hardwoord floor entry way (see pic). i plan on hosting some parties there i just havent gotten around to it.

If you're a miner on cnd then an apt is a *must have*. It will pay for itself almost immediately

Hey Eron. I did that to my entire appartment once. I quickly found out a major con to the endevor. You cannot place any items on top of the flooring so I had to then go back and undo my 5 hours of work

thats why i only did the entry way.

the only problem ive had is item volume as i only get 150 items placed and that floor eats up alot of them

Cool .... im considering an appartment ... anyone know which area i can get an appartment in for around 1000 peds and have a similar sort of resell value 12 months down the track?

Haha 1000 peds for an APPARTMENT? Just save your money and get a 200 ped or 250 ped appartment and then in say, 12 months down the track you'll have a sell value of like 180-230. If for some reason they stop releasing appts and there becomes a shortage though, then prices will rise on each individual condo. When new ones are realeased I noticed all the "G" appts are bought up immediately since they're a double appartment and have twice the space, and then the resellers sell them for a much higher price a month or so later.
