As mentioned above... most apts go for about 300 EXCEPT on cnd. those are from 900 to 1400. Or at least they were about 4 months ago when I picked mine up

I took a CND apartments "H" style in trade for a weapon I was selling -- valued it at 600 peds in the trade -- later sold it for 850.

Yeah, 1000 was my total budget that doesnt mean i have to spend that much on it though i can buy a cheaper one and am currently giving some serious consideration to a bronze treasure island apartment that pops up every now and then for around 240peds
