page length

is there any way we can get a user setable page length or responses per page?

like many forums this one seems to have about 10 replies per page then page two. this is a very old concept of bandwidth conservation (dial up couldnt handle more).

in this day of age i like to keep my threads as one page for as long as i can i perfer to scroll down rather then page around. now the default should stay ~10 but can we have an option to make it 20/30/40 post per page for those of us that dont like more then one page?

I will look into this, I am not sure if this is a modification to the forum or a simple check box.

I would really like this option, especially because of the placement of the page turners on these forums. If I want to go to another page, I have to always scroll down to the bottom and when some pages are very short responses, it is a major pain to have to click over to a new page and try to remember what you were doing. After all, most of us have very high speed connections here and could easily handle 100 threads per page even!
