He's an incredible asshole. Was as the new Eviscerator spawn and he sees me hunting one. I didn't take the mob from him... he just happens upon me shooting it. He then waits for me to be 90% done with killing the mob and then PKs me as I'm shooting it. He then finishes off the mob so there's no way I can loot it.

Na, I'll just wait until I see him hunting dasp at cnd. I'll remind him of this, pk him as he's shooting and then drag the dasp into the turret.

I will also say, there are peoples that have problems with misbehaviour...
It's look like 'Star' is one of them.

I already got used to it. And I'm not only talking about Star (to be honest I haven't meet this guy yet). If any event is organized in PVP I'm already prepared to get killed. Thats the way it is. For example last RX event. There were some players that were really helpful (like showing the way or fapping) but also few assholes who took advantage of their pvp gear to kill me or other med or lowend players.

Also I've noticed that people form certain socs are most likely to kill someone in PVP or mobtrain him than the others (some sort of assholes gravity? ). But what can I do? As long as one have skills far more better than mine and pretty expensive pvp gear it's no use to even shoot back.

And going back to Star, well there are just few ppl who can stand any chance against him so I think everything will stay as it is. I really doubt MA support will punish him anyhow.

He's got emotional problems that makes him seek attention from the people around him. So, for him, even negative attention is positive attention. It's like he's 8 years old and spends 12 hours a day screaming "DADDY, LOOOOK!! DADDY LOOOOOOOK!!!!" While everyone around him gets more gray hair.
