Well the time has come and much quicker than I thought it would I might add. In less than a week we have grown to the point where I have noticed we are going to need some staff because I can not administer and moderate this alone.

We will now be taking applications for moderators. At this point I think two is enough. We would prefer that English either be your first language or fluently spoken. No offense it is just that most of us speak English.

Please forward the following information to Kaiser for consideration.


1) Forum name
2) In game name
3) Age (I am sorry but this is a factor)
4) Why you would like to be a moderator
5) Why you think you would be a good Moderator


Obviously we can not pick everyone. Please do not be offended if your application is not chosen. No peronal feelings will be considered in the moderator selection, only the well being of our community.

The moderator's job is as follows:

The moderator will read a good portion of the posts here at PEABoard. It will be his/her job to help ensure compliance with the forum rules. We here at PEABoard promise little to no moderation as long as common sense is used so the moderators job should be VERY easy but it will still be a "job" so to speak. Moderators will also help field suggestions and maintain a "list" of current suggestions. Moderators will also have the ability to communicate certain messages to the community. The moderators over time will also need to memorize the forum rules obviously. I think you will find they are similar to other forums rules with all the censorship and control removed for a more refreshing and homey feel.
