Well it seems that it went nowhere. At first I was told I'd won 300 peds, and Kaiser has certainly kept up on his part of that deal which was 150 peds, but I'm not so sure about Travis's ideas but he has said it doesn't count, nothing to me, etc. I'm not greedy, I don't care about the peds, but I can't even get an explaination about this from him he just "wishes to forget about it". At first I was told by someone that he believed it was unfair because Sara gained points for being a moderator. Well he then said it was kinda this, but then said that moderators receive no bonuses, and then finishes it up saying "I don't even have enough information to have a meaningful conversation."
I would just like to put this out there and attach a tag of buyer beware, this prize may indeed just be a half prize, and if it is I feel sorry for Kaiser or whoever organizes the prize.

On top of this, I would like to add that at the very beginning I found he was on my friends list and I tried to message him. Kaiser told me to contact him about his half of the peds, and he promptly would ignore me every time i messaged him and it took him a couple weeks just to appologize for ignoring me when I questioned him about it. Really starting to make me wonder how deep the hole goes.

Well there was some discussion on whether Sara (or generally the staff) was eligible for the lottery and I believe in the end it was decided that they were (as Sara otherwise wanted to step down as moderator).

The only thing I can tell is that when I won I got my 300 peds. Not sure from who I got them. Timezonewise this was a little bit difficult me being in the EU and Travis and Kaiser being in the US.

Thing is, that noone predicted that someone may give his account to other person. Especially mod. As you noticed it was surprise for all of us (including Kaiser) that someone else is using Sara's account. Account was created by Sara and she won the lottery. In this case rules of PEABoard don't give a clue what to do so whatever Admins decide you have to agree with that. Situation would be totally different if Sara recieved prize and then gave it to you.

It has been decided that the lottery will be discontinued. There indeed certain issues that were mentioned by a couple of forum members. These were things that were not even remotely considered as being a possibility such as an account with moderator priveleges being given to someone other than the original owner.

I eould not have had a problem with this other than the fact that it was VERY dangerous for our community.

I do need to make something clear though, even though Travis is the owner of this forum and peauction.com I am the administrator and with Travis's blessing have complete autonomous control of the forum. This is why, at times, he may seem uninformed. He is more of the coder/developer of the forum and has little to no role in it's daily operation and moderation in terms of what is posted and policy.

I am currently considering a few options on what to replace the 300 PED monthly prize with. I am thinking of things like free hour or two of fapping service, things of that nature. Any suggestions via pm are certainly welcome. I am also wanting to implement casino games and other things to use your forum sweat for.
