umm they have to hold alot more than that, they have to hold 1,000,000 PED in the business as well. Yes, that's right, they have to deposit 100,000 USD more within the 60 days or they lose the license and it goes back on auction.

I hope that anshe can't sell its bank to anyone else....hopefully will lose all those peds very very fast somehow.

I highly doubt that the peds will make their way into our loot pool. Instead I think they will be there just to pad the numbers on their financial charts and to pay for their next set of conventions and plane flights the EU people will make to some random pointless place in the middle of nowhere...

Well, MA is a commercial enterprise.
Their people also want their salaries and their offices and the server infrastructure also needs to be paid for...

I agree Dutchie. This is the way it has to be. You don't have to pay to play game but they have to earn somehow. WoW and other MMO games requires subscription fees and do not let you withdraw even part of those or spend this money in-game (you pay just fir the ability to play). With EU you CAN put some money in and when you decide to finish the game you can sell out and withdraw some of your PEDs, you can also spend PEDs you have put in directly to buy items or skills. When ppl from Blizzard flies anywhere (I don't know if its true, it is just my guess) no one is angry at them even if its pointless.

BTW. Hotty, would it be better if MA didn't announced that some of their employees are flying somewhere? If they hadn't announced it you would have been satisfied?

There are some other ways MA makes money. I think I have a fair view on their business model. Might write a note about it (could be a nice plan for tuesday evening when I have to supervise a lab at school).

I think it would be nice if they announced something special like extra 2.5% loot fridays or something...Or hell 1% but just something symbolic...
