Having owned one before let me give you a bit of advice. Make sure you have at minimum 4.0 Hit Ability before using it.

I use EWE-40 now and I need the extra fire rate for bigger mobs, I have 3,4 HA

What do you clss as "bigger mobs"?

I already do trox domi and trax prowler, but I want to "do" them faster

ok cool, just asking. There was one in Twin mall, but i checked and its not there now. I think Kaiser can craft.

the ingame market value graph is boosting up the price,
they now are on auction for +1100 buyout :evil:
and there was one sold for that price.

I checked all the malls but no succes.

I personally would recommend just using a Korss until you have a higher hit average, but still the guns are going up in price because next to nobody is crafting them or has the resources to do so.

the worst part is that it was for +650 Buyout on auction a few weeks ago, but at that time I didnt had the money to buy...
there were even 3 on the auction back then and 2 in the malls.

Honestly I can not agree with hotty more on this. You will get the same practical dmg/sec out of Korss H400 with say an a105 as you will with the ep-41 (maybe even a bit more) and you will save a ton or money. Keep in mind the stats you read on Wiki are only if the pistol is maxed which requires abou 12k HG and same with related skills.

yes ok but the upmark on the korss is about 170% so on the decay per shot you also pay 170%
and I rather buy something expensive what I keep then what is broken and need to be TT'd

Ahh see thats where the trick is with the missed shots on the KK or the EP-41 you are going to pay WAY more than the markup % on the Korss. Trust me on this thats why Travis and I used nothing but the H400.

My expirience is, the misses are not that more then with maxed (L) weapons. (I had miss streaks of 3 also with korss)
And if the loot sucks you wont gain proffit anyway, even if you hunt 'eco'

Without global or 3 nice loots above 30 ped I will not have more then 60% return from 100 ped hunt.

I also have noticed lesser skill gain with maxed guns, so to get at higher HA it would only take much longer.

I would like to agree with Kaiser on this... the korss is an awesome gun. If you have some $ to spare spend it on a nice amp for it.

Actually I have to completely disagree with you here. On an EP-41 you are going to miss about twice as much as you will with H400. Yes with a maxed (L) weapon you will occasionally miss 3 shots in a row but your overall hit percent is going to be right around 70% maybe a tad higher. With a ep-41 at say 4.0 HA your max hit rate is going to be about 30%. Keep in mind you said your HA is 3.4 you are going to see an even larger loss than I would at 4.0.

These numbers come from the fact that 10/10 gives you a 70% hit rate so 40% (4.0HA) of 70% is roughly 30%.

So you are already spending more than the markup by using a non (L) weapon. Now with all those misses you are going to burn ammo faster and shorten your hunts, you are also going to increase FAP and armor decay in the process by taking longer to kill. And trust me after thousands upon thousands upon thousands of PED of ammo between Travis and I it certainly does take longer to kill the average mob with a non (L) weapon.

Now on larger mobs (falx, chomper, daspletor, big phasms, caperon, giant trox, big cornoanterions) it can make it take longer but you are buringing SO much ammo and firing SO many times the savings of an (L) weapon becomes obvious.

Take this example, Travis and I kill Daspletor on occasion. In the beginning I would use maddox IV and Beast and He would use H400/a105.

My dmg/sec was much higher (in theory). Problem is my HA was 3.4 his was obviously 10/10. With my dmg/sec being SIGNIFICANTLY higher he would still kill them faster than me (excluding self fap time). Also he would spend about 31 PED per mob including decay from all items and ammo. I would spend 44 PED per daspletor. That is almost SOLELY due to HA as H400/a105 has almost the same econ as Mad IV/ Beast, at least in terms of ideal conditions.

Now when you talk practical numbers the H400 kicks the Mad's ASS!!

Also prices right now on the H400 are quite low since they've been dropping a lot and that means that they're even more efficient than ever... just a heads up they're under 170% and in some cases under 165%
