Its good to see it finally unlocked for you.

However it does show how far I have to go. Now the interesting thing to note it it appears to have unlocked due to a Dex increase. Perhaps if we increase our Dex it would unlock at a lower rifle skill level.

Hmm... How much do Dex chips sell for? :wink:

no dex accounts for only a very minute part of what the requirements are to unlock coolness

It is not a matter of skill level directly it is a matter of Hit Ability. When your HA hits 4.0 it unlocks and then the HP flows like water for a while. Keep in mind that the HA that shows in weapon stats is rounded up so it may say 4.0 but is really 3.99 or something which is why you can show 4.0 but not unlock coolness right away. Same thing with serendipity at 3.0, Commando at 7.0.
