Different materials requirements for (L) BP's?

Does anyone know the answer to this question?

I was looking at Addz's screenies in the Bling Bling forum and noticed that he was making OA-101's with an (L) BP. I use a non (L) BP and the materials it requires for the same item are different.

Maybe I just missed some common knowledge but is this a normal thing?

Yes Kaiser it is a normal thing these aren't considered variants of eachother, but entire different blueprints. Mindark considers them just as different as a maddox IV blueprint would be from a Karma killer blueprint, except the end result is the same.

I dunno ... it seems silly that you can make it with totally different materials all together i mean i can understand in the quantities were different, but this seems a little silly. but hey what can we do about it Sad

Good thing is too, the unlimited bp's give the same good skill gains as the (L) bp's.
I have P1a and M1a both (U) - love 'em Smile

I dunno about those specific BP's but i thought that the (L) 101 BP's had skill bonus and the unlimiteds didnt

I dont have SIB on either - guess its a skills thing (ie level of skill). But the point I was making was that the overall skill gains on a run are just as good for me with the (U) bp as they are with the (L) bp.

Im going to have to disagree on this one ... i had the skill increase bonus active when i hit hte last 44 ticks of my 101 (L) bp and despite hte 11 seccesses i also had a much larger number of skill hits than my unlimited BP
