Please do not respond to these, just let them be read only unless you have a new player tutorial.

When new players enter this universe, they are immediately told to go sweat. This is a message to you. Upon arriving, I would head to the Port Atlantis Sweat Camp and begin to gather sweat. Save up until you have about 20 peds of sweat, and then you have an important decision to make.

If you want to break even in this game, you are probably going to have to do something called trading and I would spend my time investigating prices of things using various utilities and talking to people while in the meantime you gather even more sweat. I will post a trading tutorial later on.

If you want to just have fun at the beginning, I would buy something called the solomate opalo from the trade terminal. While many traders may try to pawn their crap goods off on you such as a jester d-1 or maddox I, these guns are not capable of sustaining even close to the power the opalo can. Once you have this opalo, I would suggest you go out and find very small mobs such as daikiba and being killing them until you run out of ammo. Once this has occurred, head back to town and look at the things you have gotten. Use peauction.com to find out which items you looted are valueable, and all that you cannot find a buyer for trade to the trade terminal. Chances are you have just lost some cash, but the lucky few have not. At the same time, remember you gained skills. If you press I and take your gun off your avatar, right click it and you can see your hit rate went up a small amount. I would now go to gather some more sweat until you have enough cash to have the same amount of ammo or more that you had the first time, and then rinse and repeat. Later down the line once this weapon is maxed out, I would suggest getting something called an A101 amplifier for your weapon which you can use to raise the damage of your weapon slightly. Keep up this path, and I will post further details later!
